               The trailer of our folkdance during the practice in Baywalk, Panaad and Ruins which we strive and experience a lot of struggles. But it was all worth it and full of fun.

KIRIWKIW FOLKDANCE

                  Every filipino has it's own creativeness when it comes in dancing, it has a particular dances such as folkdance, hiphop, latin dance,dancesport, cheerdance and many more. And we are going to perform  a folkdance. Folkdance is a popular dance, considered as part of the tradition or custom of a particular people. Kiriwkiw is a folkdance which we are going to perfome, kiriwkiw is the dance originated from ibajay Aklan, and derived it's name from the local word"k iriw" , which means shake or shaking. Sure enough the dance involves a lot of shaking of the hands, legs, and body of the dancers and it's performed energy and quick body movements it is a jolly dance which where we dance it with so much full of energy and fun. The music was originally played using he lips and a leaf instrument, and was later refined and interpreted by a popular orchestra from Ibajay.               T...
